THE AREA
Located in the very popular Scheveningen-Badplaats, at a short walking distance from the Boulevard (with all kinds of shops and restaurants), the beautiful Kurhaus and the Zwarte Pad. An ideal place to take a refreshing dive or to bake in the sun during the summer. Scheveningen is just as nice during the winter months: the Keizerstraat and Stevinstraat got many different restaurants and cafes as well shops to cozily spend the day. If u are a more active person, then u can walk through the dunes, bike, run or have a nice seat with a view at sea.

If u get tired of Scheveningen for a bit (which is okay), then u can take tram 1 to the centrum of The Hague or continue to Delft (by the station Den Haag Hollands Spoor). You will get there just as easily with the bike: in about a quarter of an hour u will find yourself standing on Het Plein, the Grote Markt, Noordeinde, the Denneweg en such hotspots.

Through the Zwolsestraat and the Van Alkemadelaan u will find the Utrechtsebaan right on the N44 and A12, which gives u allowance to basically reach all of The Netherlands.

THE HOUSE
Where do you still find them: whole houses in a urban area? Well, on the Noordwijkstraat! This lovely terraced house consists of two floors and is to call very charming. Enter the hallway with immediate access to the living room. Walk further into the bright living (and dining) room, which looks a little bit more spacious due to the large windows at the front! At the backside of the room you will find a spacious half open kitchen, provided with built-in appliances, consisting of a fridge, freezer, washing machine and oven.
